1). Make a hole in the wall where the fireplace need installed, and plug in the socket(The socket should be set to the right).
2). After the fireplace had connected to power,push the fireplace into the hole,then install is done.

【6】:BASIC STEPS TO INSTALL A RECESSED ELECTRIC FIREPLACE:
1.Create an opening in the wall.
2.Rough-in the framing opening following the recommended framing dimensions.
3.Hardwire it in (licensed electrician).
4.Place the fireplace into the framed opening.
5.Attach the fireplace to the frame.
6.Install the decor and front glass and/or frame.
Most recessed electric fireplaces come with a cord to plug them in and an option to hardwire them. There are some models that are hardwired only. Hardwiring is a preferred method of installation.

Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. You will need to pay for the sample cost and delivery cost, the sample cost could be refunded after official order.

A: It depends on the model you selected. Some models could accept very small MOQ, some models might not.
Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For sample or small quantity order, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or your appointed shipping agent. It normally takes 5-10 days to arrive. For container order, always ship by sea, time of transit depends your destination.

A: We will send you the quotation for your selected models or according to your requirement. Once you confirm the quotation and issue the order, we will send you the PI for confirmation. The production will be arranged right after the deposit payment as per the payment term in PI.

A: First, All of our products are produced strictly under quality controland hold the defective rate less than 0.3%.
Second, we will provide 1% key component spare parts for eachorder.
At the same time, for batch quantity defectives. We can repair forthem or we can discuss the best solution to you. Whatever, we willbear for all of the repair cost.
